Title plans are documents that show the extent of a particular property or piece of land. These plans are produced normally during the conveyancing process when a property is being bought or sold, to support the First Registration of Title, and also for the purpose of planning applications.
The title plans are produced by a qualified surveyor who must accurately reflect the boundaries and size of the property. The plans provide a detailed visual representation of the property and are an essential tool in ensuring that property rights and ownership are properly identified and protected.
Readings Property Group uses digital mapping software to produce plans to meet client’s requirements. We can identify areas that are unregistered and also draw new boundaries to split or merge existing Titles.
Starting at £350 plus VAT, we undertake a site visit, create floor plans (if needed) and edit the title plans for up to 12 months after the date of instructions.
We have surveyors in Leicestershire covering; Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Wigston, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Oadby and Wigston, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Shepshed.
