It also ensures that you’re working with an agent who adheres to the highest standards through meeting the required regulations and qualifications. At Readings Property Group, we are regulated by both the letting and estate agent branches of Propertymark.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

As we are members of the RICS, you can be assured that our team of Chartered Surveyors have vast experience and knowledge of Leicester and the surrounding areas.

With this accreditation, it demonstrates that Readings Property Group adhere to the highest ethical and technical standards and work to the codes of best practice and we are accredited through both residential and commercial properties.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO)

We are a full member of TPO which means that we commit to TPO Codes of Practice and make sure that any complaints are taken extremely seriously. The Property Ombudsman scheme is an alternative dispute resolution service which both consumers and property agents can use and means that any complaints can be dealt with properly and through a third party scheme.
